This place is great, it's always friendly and they really take good care of customers. I had a mistake in an order that was ultimately my fault but they set me a new pizza anyways. I was and will always be a faithful customer here. Do not use the slicelife.com to order pizza if you can help it, if there is ever an issue they will tell you no refunds and basically Goodluck and deal with it.

Hands-down the best pie in Anchorage—and I’ve sampled just about every shop in town. Napoli’s nails every element: ultra-fresh toppings, a perfectly balanced sauce, and dough that’s crisp on the edges yet foldable New-York-style in the center. The ingredient quality is obvious from the first bite, and the consistency is unreal—you can count on the same stellar slice every visit. Pro tip: pick it up piping hot and watch that mozzarella stretch well over a foot (my old NYC “cheese-pull” test, still undefeated). Portions are generous, flavors are bold, and the team clearly takes pride in their craft. Ordered their BBQ chicken pizza. Came fresh and hot and on time. Highly recommend their pizza next time I will try and philly steak from them and see how that goes!

We have been long time fans of Napolies and wouldn't choose anyone else for our family pizza nights! In the 10 years we've been ordering from them, only 1 time was there ever an issue with our order but as soon as I called they told me they'd redo our pizza and it was ready when I got there 15 mins later. Unlike nearly every other business/restaurant (or grocery store for that matter) in town that's inflated their prices since the pandemic, Napolies prices have remained the same without the quality or quantity suffering one bit. It's affordable, family owned/operated and consistently provides excellent service...that is why we will continue to support this fantastic local business.

This is my local neighborhood pizzeria, and luckily for me they make a cheese pie that tastes and feels very similar to the ones I grew up eating on LI NY. It's a take-out place only. Definitely recommended.

Delicious food with a variety of meal choices! Prices are great. Fast delivery. Delivery food is fresh and hot! Pick up order is available as well. Order online or call. My favorite pepperoni pizza, and chicken ceaser salad. Philly sandwiches are full filling as well.

April 2025 update: I wish I could update from 5 stars to 2 stars. I'm not sure what has changed. The last 4-5 times we've ordered from we have been disappointed. I pay extra for the deep dish (thick crust) and the last 3 times we have had regular or thin crust. And tonight was just sloppy. Paid 29 plus a 6 tip for a hot mess of a pizza. If you haven't tried Napoli's Pizza & Philly's yet you're missing out. My family has been ordering from them for more than a decade and it's always been consistent. The flavor of the crust is out of this world! I started ordering the deep dish option (their version of it) because it's so good. And their house made ranch is the best in town
